Originally from Westminster, Colorado, I attended Standley Lake High School, where I was a multi-sport athlete, lettering in both baseball and basketball for three years. As a left-handed pitcher, I was ranked the 8th best LHP in Colorado’s 2019 class. During my senior season, I was named First Team All-Conference after recording 104 strikeouts over 46 innings with a 1.21 ERA.
College Career (2019–2023)
I began my collegiate baseball career at McLennan Community College as a walk-on. In my freshman season, I posted a 3-0 record with a 3.55 ERA and 18 strikeouts over 12.2 innings before the season was canceled due to COVID-19.
In my sophomore year, I earned First Team All-Conference honors and helped lead McLennan to the 2021 NJCAA National Championship. That season, I went 8-1 with a 3.31 ERA, throwing 65.1 innings and recording 71 strikeouts.
After my time at McLennan, I signed with Dallas Baptist University (DBU) to complete my college career. At DBU, I played a key role in the bullpen over two seasons, compiling an 8-4 record with 115 strikeouts in 76.1 innings and a career ERA of 3.42. Opponents hit just .192 against me during my time with the Patriots.
Professional Career
Following the 2023 season, I was selected in the 12th round of the MLB Draft by the New York Yankees. Although my first professional season was cut short due to injury, I remain a free agent actively pursuing opportunities to continue my career at the next level.
Coaching Philosophy
As a coach, my goal is to help young athletes build a strong foundation in all aspects of the game—pitching, hitting, fielding, base running, and baseball IQ. I believe that every player learns differently, and I take pride in building individual relationships with my athletes to teach in a way that resonates with them. My focus is always on creating a positive, growth-oriented environment where players leave each lesson with new tools and knowledge they can apply to their development.
