Our Teams

The Dallas Baseball Club is a select/travel ball organization with established teams that compete at different skill levels from Majors Nationally ranked teams all the way down to gifted athletes that are just beginning to play the sport. The DBC focuses on player development, and while winning is important to building a competitive spirit, our program is designed to focus on the building complete ball players that compete above their comfort zone.  

Each player on the DBC teams tried out and earned their roster spot, some trying out several times before making the team. Not every team has open roster spots, and not every player that tries out, will make a DBC team. 

Once a DBC player, always a DBC player. So long as a player works hard, and gives his max effort, he will remain part of the DBC. 

The DBC is designed to develop players from the AA/D3 development teams to the intermediate AAA/D2 teams, and with hard work and a lot of practice, on to the Majors/D1 and National travel teams. The goal of progressing through the program is not to chase rings (any team can find a tournament that they can win), it is to build solid fundamentals (AA), improve existing talent by raising the level of their developed tools (AAA), mastering their developed tools and elevate their under-developed tools (Majors), and showcase their mastery of all the necessary tools for their position against the highest level of competition in the Country to highlight their hard work and at times, expose where further growth is needed (Nationals).
